Great sound, very comfortable fit for over-the-ear headphones. I had to hunt for a case to put it in though. Also, still not sure if I'll need an adaptor (not provided) for flights.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
Sound quality's fine, but the plastic around the hinges started cracking after not long & the ridiculous right angle jack design gets caught on things all the time and yanked out
Similar to the HD 2.30 in terms of size and fit, the new Sennheiser HD 4.20S sports a roomier fit on the ears, as well as a slightly different sound. That being said, just what kind of sound can you expect from this $79.95 headphone?
I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting a lot from these when I first got it - although, the thing I was expecting from these was some overpowering bass but holy crap these took me by surprise - the 4.20s has a super clean design and very lightweight and portable.
There were a couple of headsets on display at the store I was at. Compared to the others, I found the Bass part of the sound not be overbearing and liked how it sounded myself. I haven't any problems since buying.
Great sound, comfortable, fair price
Expected better isolation even though it's only passive..
With a strong brand name and distribution network in India, Sennheiser is considered to be one of the most respected headphone makers in India. With products ranging in price from under Rs 1,000 to over Rs 100,000, Sennheiser has something for everyone.
These headphones are very comfortable as they fit over the ear and are light. Well-made and look smart. The sound quality is excellent - just what you expect from Sennheiser. No idea what the "remote" capability refers to on the sales site.
