Sennheiser HD 201 Headphones

I bought the Sennheiser HD 201 headphones because of the low cost and high quality I had read about. After using them for over a year, I found they're not too bad. The headphones have a pad at the top and around the ears, which are adjustable vertically.

Sennheiser HD-201 headphones

For £17 on the street they're excellent for home listening, while the existing HD202s do the same job on the move for £3 less
Pros:
  • The sound quality
  • The comfort
  • 3m cable lets you move around a room
Cons:
  • Dds bass but source needs own amplification
  • 3m cable and no take-up makes this a set for the home (competing with existing higher models

Sennheiser HD 201 headphones

Two weeks ago my good old earphones stopped working and I started looking for a new pair on the Internet. After doing some more research I decided not to go for another pair of earphones but for headphones, as I would mainly use them at home.

Sennheiser HD 201

If you're out to prove something with your audio tech purchases, you're probably not the type of consumer who'd settle for something with an asking price in the double digits. FOR ALL THOSE WONDERING: HD201 VS. HD202

I have now been the owner of both the HD201s and HD202s. I tried to research as much as I could but I would never get a straight answer anywhere. Well I am going to change that. Plain and simple: the HD201s are greater than the HD202s.
