Great pair of headphones if your on a budget. Sennheiser are known for their quality built headphones and these are no exception. I originall bought them to plug into my amp and listen to my electric guitar "quietly". They performed pretty well at this and handled the low basses without distorting.

Very nice entry level headphone. It is hard to find a good budget over the ear headphone (I'm not into earbuds). These are very comfortable folding (handy for storage) headphones that pretty much filter out extraneous noise. They slightly lack punchy bass, but that is not what I purchased them for.

As far as the sound is concerned I have no complaints about these headphones. However, as a petite female, I found the band to be far too long. I don't know why the design has the band ends below the earpieces but with the band closed as far as possible to fit my head the ends were catching on...

Quite a pleasant surprise from quality manufacturers Sennheiser. Good sound at rock bottom prices. A very pleasant surprise for my back-up portable headphones. Good strong bass reproduction only let down by lack of mid range detail.

When it comes to on-ear headphones under $50, Sennheiser is NOT the brand that comes to mind. Or at least, it wasn't the brand that came to mind – until I got my hands on the new $49.95 HD 2.10 headphones.
