Read speeds are good, writes can be a bit sluggish at times. Not making that a con as it was expected and these aren't for primary storage access in my case. Using 2 in an AS3102T that I bought on a whim in a bundle.

Bought 4 of these for my new OWC Thunderbay enclosure. Using SoftRaid I ran the "certify" process which writes to all sectors of the drives. After running for about 5 days I was happy to get the zero errors message! All 4 of my Ironwolf drives are ready to rock.

Been using this for my Plex server for 6 months+ now. Fantastic. The price hurts, but 10TB!! So much space!

Very fast drives in I am getting 236 Mb/sec aprox. of read and write speed in AJA speed test and Blackmagic disk speed test. Little bit noiser than my other hard drives but not big deal for this price and speed.

it does what i need it to do and is worth the extra money for the space runs all my stuff better as well

I am currently running a RAID 6 array with these drives, and it is amazingly quiet considering the number of drives simultaneously doing their thing.

I never thought I'd need a drive this big but use it for backups. Not a cheap purchase but 10TB is a lot of storage. Item installed and working without any trouble at all.
