Got this on sale, and is worth the price and portability. It is light and does not need extra power adapter like the desktop model. Would recommend for students and business usage. The only thing is it is not the fastest usb 3.0 drive i used.

- not the fastest drive

Great value
Nice and fast via USB 3.0, amazing value for money. Hopefully it has typically great Seagate reliability.

Great depending on what you use it for!
Does what it says. Be aware that it won't connect to DVD players and media players because they don't give it enough power. Otherwise, I would format it to FAT32 so you can use it on Mac and PC. It's been great as a permanent expansion to my laptop to store all my Steam games.

Adding Storage
If you are adding storage for those pictures, movies, etc., then you will want this device. It works with USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 and it comes with backup software

Simple Expansion
Not much to say here, I bought this HDD as an expansion for my Xbox one. Very simple to use, just take it out of the box and plug it in. I've had no issues with this Hard drive.

Just as compatible with Mac!
This does get the job done, would certainly be of good help for those wanting to use this for either platform, and is a good dependable media storage drive.
Pros:
- Originally using this as a Windows media archive drive, this was great, and dependable
- Having switched to Mac using this, I found reformatting, and setting this up as a Mac media drive was a breeze to do
- Just as dependable for that particular computer.
Cons:
- Only a 5400 RPM hard drive
- but since it's not an internal disk
- nor what I have OS X installed on
- it's not relevant

I am soooooooooooo disappointed and sad seriously
Again sent the wrong product... and when i started using it one day its get crashed i lost all my valuable data my work my everything.. I am soooooooooooo disappointed and sad seriously. ruined my hardwork!
