My first experience getting photos of my ipad went well. However, the app renames your files in to 20 some character mishmash. It does not keep the original file name or give the option to create your own naming scheme. Improve the app and I could give a higher rating.

I usually write Positive reviews but with this product being so poorly manufactured, I have to write a review. The USB connection is too tight, too small to fit most USB ports. It is a well-documented problem with ScanDisk, a well hidden problem with ScanDisk.

Bought to provide mobile & instant storage capacity for iphone. Works great, the interface is also simple and reliable. I wish I was aware of this a few years ago. These ought to be sold at phone stores right there next to the iphone case.

Amazing I can free up space on my mobile as pictures are a important feature to me and know they are safe for future viewing

I was always losing photos when trying to email them to keep on laptop from iPad. This gadget easily transfers all videos and photos leaving free space on ipad

This product looks really nice but unfortunately it keeps crashing. It's ok when u do a few photos at a time but when doing big files it crashes and goes back to home screen

This is a very reliable and useful little device. Pairs seamlessly with my iPhone 6s Plus internal drive. No issues at all. Well, maybe with price which is too steep imo. There are plenty of much cheaper ones out there and probably every bit as reliable I would think.

The iXpand works perfectly now for an iPad mini 2 but I was taken aback when I discovered I needed a firmware update of iXpand Drive for it to operate on iOS9. Without a compatible iOS8 machine, I was finally able to do this on an elderly PC.
