Great and small USB flash drive that provides a lot of storage for the size. It does effectively get warm after being plugged for a while or under heavy files transfer but no noticed performance loss. Since I don't have to leave it permanently plugged in my computer, it's not a problem.
I bought the 32GB Ultra Fit to use as extra storage for my Laptop. After leaving the Ultra Fit in either the USB 2.0 or 3.0 slots for a mere 5 minutes it gets considerably hot. Even AFTER ejecting the drive and leaving it in it is still getting hot.
We have a small, SSD laptop that we attached this to (HP Stream) to almost double its storage space. Good for storage, but not for extended access. I wouldn't suggest running media from this drive, in other words. The end can get very hot.
This Flash drive is perfect for places where unobtrusiveness is desired.
For the Price its an amazing lil bit of kit so smooth quick and all the security features you want to protect all your data files and more i transfer'd a large movie file and it completed within 30 seconds well impressed
This little thing sits in my 2008 Focus with 40 album full wave files on it with room to spare. The sound quality over 320K MP3's is noticeable even in a car. The unit is almost flush with the dash so no more hanging up on the USB drive and pulling it out, forcing a re-sync of the USB drive.
This SanDisc drive should be the standard memory device for all cameras and video recorders. Very compact yet easy to remove or install.
Have the 64GB and the 32GB version and works a treat. Very neat and quick even on USB2
£7 gets you a drive with capacity and speeds that not long ago would have only been achievable if you spent upwards of £50 on a small bus powered hard disk, and treated it very carefully.
