Exceeding quality for the price

For the price you pay, you can't get any better. I mention the price because it is a hell of a feature and you get a great quality lens.Old fashion manual controls.

Great Fisheye

easy to use. No need to fiddle with manual focusing, almost everything is sharp at 3.5 and good enough at 2.8, lovely pictures for a fun fisheye effect at a low cost.

Good lens for the money

The very nature of a fish-eye lens makes it a bit of a specialist tool, and so this lens may have limited use for most people. I have not tested it extensively but it seems to generally give images at least as sharp as my Fuji lenses. So very pleased with it especially at the price.

Consistent Output; Easily Interchangeable; Lightweight; Strong Construction

Samyang 8mm f/2.8 Fish-eye CS II Silver Lens for Sony E - Brand New review

Samyang’s fisheye is the cheapest lens here , and it’s perfect for getting creative on your travels. The 12mm equivalent focal length produces a whopping 180° diagonal field-of-view on a cropped mirrorless sensor, and the image fills the frame corner to corner instead of in a circular shape.
