Samsung ML-3310ND
One step up from the one-per-desk mono laser printer is a machine intended for a small workgroup or independent business or branch office. Network-enabled and with a reasonable turn of speed, this type of printer is the mainstay of many small companies.
Pros:
- Low running costs
- Quick print
- once it starts
- Large optional paper tray
Cons:
- Relatively long warm up
- Lacks an LCD backlight
- No wireless option

Does the job
I use my home printers mainly for school worksheets, syllabuses, exam questions along with lesson plans etc.. This printer is so much better than my previous laser - especially the duplex feature for printing booklets.

Samsung ML-3310ND review Review
The Samsung ML-3310ND is a fine printer. It produces good, clean text and graphics, offers fast print speeds and is fairly economical to run. Its control panel could be better, though, and setting it up on a network is likely to prove tricky for those of a less technical bent.
