Simply amazing....
I bought this monitor to replace a Dell U2711 which I had to return due to its horrible horrible anti glare coating. this monitor is amazing, its super clear and there is no problem with the anti glare. It gives a high resolution performance is brilliant. If you are thinking about buying it, do it!

I spend hours on end at the computer nearly everyday. So I need a monitor that has the best resolution that I can get. I had a tube type Professional Viewsonic for many years, but it gave out. Now I was forced to go with a flat panel monitor. I tried four in all.

Great clear picture
I'm not sure who said that LCD/LED tv's are better. I have 2 LCD and 1 LED and it doesn't even compare to the picture on the Samsung Plasma. The picture, when watching, feels like you are there. Fantastic picture. Very good. Louder than any of my other tv's.

Monitor is briliant but...
27" is size You need now to comfortable work and play. Colours are greate saving energy futures are brilliant too, connection, USB hub position adjustment, you can ease mount it to the wall - all great - realy love it.

Using two of these monitors in a dual setup. These PLS screens have excellent quality. They have almost every feature desired in a high end monitor of the IPS/PLS class. The only thing lacking is 10 bit color.

not suitable for graphics work
I really want to love this monitor. I do a lot of graphic design work and I've used at least half a dozen different lcd screens in the past 10 years personally and professionally, with most being of much cheaper cost and brand, but out of them all, I have to say that the lighting on this screen is...
Pros:
- While I was assembling the monitor, I was very impressed by the design, weight and feel of the unit
- It also has a desirable subtle anti-glare coating that is very smooth and nice
Cons:
- Intense back light bleeding in the bottom right corner that takes up 1/6 of the screen and distorts the dark range to a brown or bluish tint depending on your viewing angle
- More back light bleeding on the bottom center and top right corner that is half intense, but just seems to double annoying...

Absolutely beautiful monitor, vibrant colours, great design, 1440p gives you lots of real estate, and absolutely gorgeous to game on. Will need a descent video card to game with though keep that in mind.
