Great movie quality sound

★★★★★ 4.6
Verdict: Sounds like you are at the movies, my house shakes with the Dolby surround mode on and it's tweeter set up bounces well around the room. Sub woofer is great quality, don't need to turn it up that much to get an awesome experience!

Immersive sound from a slimline soundbar

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: The immersive sound in surround mode is quite impressive from this slimline soundbar The top mounted speakers push the "virtual' rear sound effects up and over you when playing 5.1 Dolby Digital movies. I have not tried any ATMOS media yet so cannot say how good this is.

Samsung/Harman Kardon HW-Q70R

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: Pretty decent sound from this system. Clean, crisp sound and handles dialogue well. Not convinced about it's Atmos capabilities but it does present a wider sound stage than cheaper Samsung soundbars I have tested. The bass will rumble...Simple setup and a good match with my Q90R 65 inch tv.
Pros: Good looks, good sound and probably priced right
Cons: Could have included used Samsung's side firing speakers to widen soundstage a bit more. Atmos effect is minimal but that may be due to the room and position of the tv

Very Impressive

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: I went from a 5.1 amplified component surround sound system to this sound bar and I'm not disappointed. The sound from the bar is impressive, but what's most impressive is the wireless sub. I love that I was able to connect this to my TV via bluetooth to save running another wire.

Samsung q70 soundbar

★★★★★ 5.0
Verdict: I was hesitant that this thing would matter. It does! It has Adaptive Sound Mode too! Worth the little extra over the big box store model that lacks ASM! So happy to have purchased this. Kudos to Roger. He has a great staff and is a stand up guy himself!!

Samsung HW-Q70R soundbar review

★★★★★
Verdict: Samsung's acoustic beaM technology has been squeezed into some slimmer, sleeker-looking soundbars in this year's lineup. The HW-Q70R sits in the middle of the range, with a fair bit of technology ported over from last year's HW-N850, including bringing Dolby Atmos and DTS:X decoding to the feature...
