Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 review
We had high hopes for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and if you need a tablet with a more flexible operating system than iOS then its slender, lightweight design makes it an attractive choice. You do have to sacrifice ports and battery life in the process though so it's not an ideal choice for everyone.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is ultimately a forgettable entry in the ever-growing chronicle of Samsung Android-powered products. The core elements of this tablet are fine; the screen works, its connectivity is good and the Android platform offers quite a bit of functionality.
Pros:
- Android Ice Cream Sandwich
- Low price
- 3G option
Cons:
- Average performance and battery life
- Dull-looking design
- Battery heats up during use
- Strong competition

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 review
Samsung does a number of things right with the Galaxy Tab 2 – the pricing makes more sense, and most of the sacrifices Samsung made to hit that number are ones I'm willing to accept (though I'd love to have that AMOLED display).
Pros:
- Nice-looking design
- Runs Android 4.0
- Affordable at $399.99
- Neat universal remote functionality
Cons:
- Glitchy performance
- Android tablet app ecosystem is weak
- Poor camera

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1)
The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) ($399.99, 16GB) joins the ever-growing, all-sizes-covered lineup of Samsung tablets , following right behind its baby brother, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) ($249.99, 4 stars).
Pros:
- More affordable than its predecessor
- Ships with Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0)
- Adds a microSD slot
- Sharp, bright screen
Cons:
- Aging components
- Mediocre battery life
- Performance not up to competition

prefer the ios operating system for tablets and phones, but samsung decide to put windows on tablet then definitely I will buy it. Ipad is better to use it for Business doing spreadsheets, word and stuff like that for the reason that Apple has better apps than android
Pros:
- light and easy to use
Cons:
- operating system android and little battery life

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 isn't going to trounce your first generation Galaxy Tab 10.1 . It's not here to compete with Tegra 3 quad core tablets like the Asus Transformer Pad TF300 , Acer Iconia Tab A510 and Toshiba Excite 10 .
Pros:
- Runs Android OS 4.0
- most affordable Samsung 10" tablet
Cons:
- Weak price to feature ratio
- CPU disappoints

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 review
The Tab 2 10.1 is available on Samsung's online store for around R6,700, which is probably not the best price point for it to be at considering that it doesn't seem to much of an improvement over the original Tab 10.1.
