My 2 year old dropped it and the back glass broke. Screen isn't strong at all. My dog pushed it of the table and the screen cracked. Guerilla glass What a joke.

Smartphone reviewers throw around the term "flagship" pretty loosely, to the point where it's come to mean "a high-spec phone from a major or mid-level manufacturer." But when you get your hands on a phone with the technical excellence and attention to detail of the Samsung Galaxy S8 series, you're...
Great performance; fine build quality; more configurability than with revious models; dock allows use as desktop computer
Bixby virtual assistant still half-baked; high price in comparison to similar phones
It was a tall task for the Samsung Galaxy S8+ development team - not an enviable position, to say the least. Not only were they looked upon to deliver a meaningful upgrade to the S-series in an increasingly competitive market, but had a Note7-sized gap in the company portfolio to fill.
After the Galaxy Note 7 debacle, Samsung had to prove itself, that much is obvious. It's also becoming apparent that Samsung is reaching its goal with the Galaxy S8+. The design is as elegant as it is successful, the quality of the build is perfect and although the format is unusual, it proves to be...
Superior build quality and elegant design; Impressive display; Very good camera; Smooth performance; Latest Android version
Battery only average; Bixby not ready yet; Fingerprint sensor placement is odd
As with the regular Galaxy S8, we're really impressed by the Galaxy S8 Plus. Samsung has done a great job of making last year's phones even better. However, with both offering the infinity edge screen and the unwieldy size of the S8 Plus, there's little reason to spend the extra.
Samsung's Galaxy S8 Plus is an excellent smartphone, which does not reveal any serious weaknesses. The new and almost bezel-less design already looks great on pictures, but it is even more impressive when you hold it in the hand.
great display; nice design; fast SoC; very good GPS performance; fast Wi-Fi; Gigabit LTE; good voice quality; comprehensive sensor equipment; USB 3.1 with DP; HDMI; and OTG; long battery runtime; Quick-charge and wireless charging; water and dust-proof; very good camera
…but unfortunately not much improved over the predecessor; no dual-SIM; could support more LTE bands; bad position of the fingerprint scanner; SoC throttling under sustained workloads; warranty does not cover water damage
I've only had the phone just a little over a month and the screen is already cracked despite having it in a protective case. It fell off my knee onto the wood floor in my home, faced down. I was told that the cracked screen is not covered by the warranty.
Great camera
Easy to use
With a gorgeous 6.2-inch display and a design that needs to be seen, the Galaxy S8+ truly changes the smartphone conversation.
Amazing; brilliant; eye-popping display; An incredible design that makes a 6.2-inch screen feel like a 5.7-inch one; Camera offers nice refinements...
Fingerprint sensor is in a horrible location; Bixby isn't very useful or compelling
Just when I thought I was done with big phones, Samsung drags me back in. There's an obvious commentary happening here. The return story. The rebuilding. Samsung's comeback. This company weathered a brutal public disaster last year.
Attractive design; More screen area to overall body size; Respectable camera performance
Characteristic Samsung stutters; especially with Bixby; Little software to actually take advantage of this aspect ratio; Concerns over curved glass; ergonomics; and durability
The Infinity screen is the main wow factor - I can't see any phone is beauty now except this S8+ and G6. The camera is finally in great output and no over sharpening issue or any fake color render. Build quality is outstanding solid! The new UI is clean and even far nicer than original stock.
Stunning Infinity Screen; Stunning Camera; Stunning UI Design and Look; Fast Charging; Memory card expansion
Animation Smoothness could be better; Wish they came with dual camera and one of it is wide angle; Loudspeaker could be better in dual; Extremely stupid position of fingerprint sensor
