Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has had a rocky road. When we first saw it at the beginning of this year, it was a dual-core tablet with 1GB of RAM running a fairly standard version of Android with TouchWiz.
Pros:
- Amazing Wacom S Pen is stylus heaven
- Mammoth specs = powerhouse
- Innovative split-screen multi-tasking
- IR blaster and optional 3G
- Excellent value
Cons:
- Unattractive design
- Limited connectivity
- No mobile keyboard dock (yet
- Average screen

wow, this machine is a thing of beauty. i've owned 2 android tablet s before this one, and used many more, and this is really the cream of the crop. as a graphic designer using the wacom pen is a dream.
Pros:
- wacom digitizer
- fast cpu
- solid construction
- fantastic user experience

- no major ones so far

LOVE IT!!!!!!!
This was a birthday gift to myself and it may just be the best gift ever! The battery life is great and the screen resolution is awesome! I love all things Samsung, never even considered buying an Ipad. The Note Tablet is by far the best tablet there is!

Near Perfect and an absolute power horse
I'm fairly new to Android since owning every iPhone and iPad I first decided to make a switch to the Galaxy Note ll. After being blown away with that I made the switch to the Galaxy Note 10.1. My brain has been kicking me in but butt shouting "What Took So Long"....
Pros:

- Lightweight

I bought the Samsung because I am tired of Apple abusing their customers. I had the iPad 2 and many features that I had to buy in the Apple app store, the Galaxy already has. The galaxy is a little slower than the iPad and the interface takes some getting used to...

fast, expandable, long battery life
I'm using this for business - am new to the Android OS so quite a bit of learning required for me to select the right apps. I have added a 16GB Micro SD and a dongle for USB attach - all the USB peripherals I tested have worked (mouse, SD reader, extl hard drive).

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
Samsung does a lot right with the Galaxy Note 10.1, but also does several key things poorly. If you're heavily invested in the Android and Verizon ecosystem, then the Note 10.1 is a great option.
Pros:
- Good battery life
- Excellent performance
- TouchWiz adds very useful features
Cons:
- Cheap design
- Poor display
- Pricey for what you get
