This phone does all I want it to do, and easy to use. It is synched for my emails, messages and everything else necessary and it performs well. Highly recommend.

1. All apps, especially almost all system default apps cannot be transferred from internal memory to SD card. 2. To transfer an App, go to Settings, then Apps, then choose an App, then press Storage.

This phone is honestly a great phone in every way except one. You cannot move apps to external storage. This ruins the whole phone because it only comes with 16G and that's not enough space to even have my basic apps without getting constant warnings that storage space is ruining out.

Has a lot of good features. As someone who converted from a flip phone, there wasn't much training or advice upon purchase as to how to use the phone that would have been helpful.

This phone is good quality, takes great pics, easy to set and has so many features! Overall just a great phone and can find some really cute cases for it!!
