Samsung ATIV Smart PC 700T Review
Back when Windows 8 was only a twinkle in Steve Ballmer's eye, Samsung released a Windows 7 tablet that turned out to be a top-notch device. Light, comfortable to hold, responsive touchscreen, versatile. Too bad Windows 7 failed as a touch-first tablet operating system.
Pros:
- Sturdy
- comfortable design and build
- S Pen makes Desktop mode bearable
- has its own port
- High-resolution display
- Good battery life
Cons:
- Hard to balance on the lap in the keyboard dock
- Volume doesn't get loud enough
- Display's viewing angles and brightness don't impress
- Gets uncomfortably hot when taxed

Latest from Samsung is indeed a costly gadget but Samsung XE700T1C-A01IN Smart PC Review makes it clear that the device justifies the amount it asks for. Equipped with latest processors and Windows 8 OS, the device is not at all a disappointment.

ATIV SMART PC PRO
The ATIV Smart PC Pro is among Samsung 's first hybrid Windows 8 devices. It has a 11.6in full HD display, S Pen stylus and Intel Core i5 processor - all of which makes it one of the highlight in the tech giant's Windows 8 range of devices.
Pros:
- Full HD display is sharp
- comes with S Pen stylus
- good performance
- optional keyboard accessory is handy

- Pricey
- camera could be better
- a Âlittle heavy with keyboard

Good, powerful, tablet
A nice size to use, good screen, and fast and fluid to use. The only down side on this particular model is the keyboard stand can only really be used on a desk, and the power connector is a little temperamental, occasionally losing connection as you type, etc.

My 700t experience
Have used this for several weeks and am well satisfied with it. Have recently got the 3G card working ok so can now use the internet pretty well everywhere.

Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro 700T review: half ultrabook, half tablet
If you're dying to have a Windows 8 tablet that's also a full-powered ultrabook-level PC, and you also want to have said tablet come with its own full-featured keyboard, there are other pastures beckoning beyond the Microsoft Surface Pro .
Pros:
- Samsung's ATIV Smart PC Pro 700T hybrid is a fast
- full-powered Core i5 tablet
- has a 1080p screen
- comes with its own keyboard base
- and includes the pressure-sensitive S-Pen that's very accurate and responsive
Cons:
- Battery life isn't great for a tablet
- it lacks laptop-style features like Ethernet and a standard SD card slot
- plus, it's even more expensive than the Surface Pro

Review Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro XE700T1C A02 Convertible
The "U" in the description of the 1.7 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5-3317U CPU indicates low power consumption . The ULV processor uses lower voltage and hence consumes less power. This particular CPU is frequently used in tablets and Ultrabooks.

sw update is a paine
SW update keeps trying to install Norton security I removed all Norton programs because Norton locked me out of the internet for 3 days because it could not update itself
