Por sus características, bien podría decirse que el Samsung ATIV S es un Galaxy S3 con Windows Phone 8 . Es el primer teléfono móvil con Windows Phone 8 presentado de forma oficial y por su diseño en color titanio y bordes metálicos da un aspecto resistente y moderno.

Solid Windows Phone
I bought this phone from Dig Deep. Both the listing and their customer service assured me it was unlocked, but myself and two local carriers confirmed that the phone was indeed NOT unlocked.
Pros:
- The phone has a pleasing design, that feels solid and sturdy in the hand
- It doesn't feel to heavy, but still has enough weight to be satisfying
- It has scratch resistant glass and a beautiful 720p display that holds its own against many higher res displays I have seen on other phones.
Cons:
- For the price
- I can find no real faults with the phone other than it comes stock with WP8 rather than WP8.1
- but that's not a huge deal as you can upgrade it yourself simply enough

My ideal WP8 smartphone - Samsung Ativ S
Having used Windows Mobile in both its '5' and '6' forms, and gone through Orange SPV200, O2 EXEC and HTC Touch HD, I spent 2 years in the world of Android (Galaxy SII), and in so doing missed WP7 all together.
Pros:
- Expandable memory
- swappable battery
- great battery life
Cons:
- A bug that leads to a (very) occasional restart

Samsung was the first manufacturer to officially announce a Windows Phone 8 device, but has since been suspiciously quiet about its plans. Plagued by delays and a missed launch period with HTC and Nokia, Samsung's carrier deals, release dates, and exact pricing haven't been forthcoming.

Samsung Ativ s.
Bought this phone 1 week ago and is a mixed bag so far. It has the same specs exactly as the samsung galaxy s3, but runs windows 8 as its operating system. This is a very new experience if you have come from android as I have.
Pros:
- good battery- from full to 7%- 67 hours
- screen excellent
- camera good-macro great
- metallic finish
- removable battery
- expandable memory-up to 64 gb
Cons:
- wp8
- maybe too large for some
- quite slippery in hand

Big Bang for the Buck
In today's cell phone market finding the right phone is difficult. IPHONES are great but expensive to own. The windows phone is a great alternative and has a lot more apps to chose from. A good choice over the IPHONE.

Good design and grip!
Its good..I liked the shape., good color, just as shown in the pic. Only thing i didn't like it that it got stained easily..and now offwhite. I wonder if the stains are removable.
