And I don't wanna miss a thing! When I finished Saints Row: The Third in 2011, I left the experience feeling somewhat sad. It was a good game, but it felt shallow, held back, and ultimately a little disappointing. Of course, Volition's not just lifted ideas from other games.

Quick Take: When you need a good laugh in your gaming exploits, look no further than Saints Row IV.

Anyone even thinking of damning Saints Row 4 because it's not GTA V can leave the room now; you're an idiot and we hope your next bag of crisps is full of nothing but salty, crushed-up bits.

I do admit, after playing the first Saints Row I lost interest in the series. To me it just seemed like another Grand Theft Auto wannabe. I tried playing a bit of Saints Row 2, and lost interest in an hour.

The 3rd Street Saints are much more than a bunch of purple-flecked gangbangers these days. In fact, they're running the country, and you, as the Boss, now answer to the name of Mr. President.

Everything is better with superpowers; Story missions are diverse; engaging; and often hilariously referential; Huge content package; all of which ties into the game's narrative; Swathes of customisation options; Loads of things to unlock; It's really funny; It's really FUN

Since the very beginning, the Saints Row series has always been a unique, fun, and over-the-top experience. Focusing fun and interesting missions, instead of crafting an overall story, Saints Row has garnered a loyal fan base and each instalment in the series just gets crazier than the last.

It's no lie but Saints Row the Third was just an absolute treat to gamers who played the game and fans of the Saints Row series. It was an all-around good time fun in Steelport. And playing Saints Row IV still has the wide variety of customization, the all-around good time fun feel, and crazy- cool...

We have seen gaming make some major strides over the last few years. BioWare set out to do the impossible by making a trilogy where decisions you made in game 1 could affect the outcome of game 3. Yeager Development forever changed the way many of us will look at the military First Person Shooter.

As a critic who has reviewed games professionally for over six years, I have on more than one occasion wanted nothing more than to tell the reviewing process to fuck off. Unsurprisingly, nearly all those moments came when I played a title from Saints Row .
