When you've made one of the silliest games in existence, there's not a lot of places you can take a sequel.

When all is said and done, Saints Row IV is a blast. This new take on the formula gives rise to many new and interesting ideas and it allows the game to sink further into the realms of the weird and wonderful.
Great super powers; Awesome humour; Decent amount of content
Slight lack of challenge; Some bugs/glitches; A little disconnected in places
The 3rd Street Saints are much more than a bunch of purple-flecked gangbangers these days. In fact, they're running the country, and you, as the Boss, now answer to the name of Mr. President.
Everything is better with superpowers; Story missions are diverse; engaging; and often hilariously referential; Huge content package; all of which ties into the game's narrative; Swathes of customisation options; Loads of things to unlock; It's really funny; It's really FUN
Some occasionally framerate issues; The nature of your role as President is rather superficial
The Saints are back and are throwing any little bit of sense right out of the window. Volition have taken the Saints brand far beyond anything that seemed reasonable, but is it for the best?
Since the very beginning, the Saints Row series has always been a unique, fun, and over-the-top experience. Focusing fun and interesting missions, instead of crafting an overall story, Saints Row has garnered a loyal fan base and each instalment in the series just gets crazier than the last.
Saints Row 4 is great fun and it's really everything early GTA's were (Vice City, San Andreas) and then some. Saints Row 4 takes the `everything and the kitchen sink' approach and throws you into an open world, with a ton of Infamous-like superpowers along with a gaming parody-laden and hilarious...
Nice to see a game make as much fun of itself as the games industry as a whole. This is good fun, and that shouldn't be a description that is served as an apology when compared to 'serious' games.
Like my old school reports...could do better! So glitchy it beggers belief but if you can put up with that its not a bad game. It just could have been loads better.
one of the best games of the year just super fun and better than ever superpowers are awesome good timez
great game, play it everyday it is very addictive.
Challenging; Engaging Story Line; Graphics; Great Sound
