It is a real shame. I purchased this toaster and the matching jug and loved them. Had one element stop working so took it back to the retailer. They exchanged it and a year later the same thing happened again with both internal elements this time. I was disappointed that this has happened to reasonably priced toaster. The other thing is that it is so damn slow. It takes ten minutes now for me to toast four slices of bread on both sides. Ridiculous.

piece of junk... one side blew up and a month later the other side went bang causing the house fuse to blow. lasted less than a year

This toaster is great for all the family to use its a stylish looking product and easy enough to use.

Billy Guyatts delivered the toaster to our home within the stated delivery time, intact. The toaster works as well as you would expect it to (evenly cooked toast). Top job. My other experience was just as good - I'll use the service again

Very disappointed, it wasn't cheap, however it has always taken a lot of time to toast and each side is inconsistent to the other. Now the heating bars in the middle are not working, so only toasts one side of the bread. Was purchased less than 2 years ago when we renovated the house.
