Love this cooker - we tried the sou vid function n the near turns out very evenly cooked .

Cooking for one person can have it's drawbacks. I'm trying to cook with less oil so l opted for the sous vide. Still haven't used that option but in the past l have had steak done that way and so.oo much better. The temp probe fillet was excellent on this cooker.
