They work fine, BUT ...... after using straighteners for years I decided to buy these new ones as the flat parts were longer. Unfortunately, they are not protected well enough and I have burned my fingers several times..... Hopefully and perhaps, practice makes perfect.....

I've had the older version of these and they were excellent ( still are in fact). I bought these because they were on offer and they are every bit as good as the originals. You can adjust the heat levels and the blades have a hair conditioner that lasts the whole time of the product, I was sceptical...
