I bought this to replace an older model because it had two heat settings. I am pleased with it as it does the job I wanted, by styling my hair from damp and I get to choose how much curl I want. Ordered on line and it took a month to get to me via local store.

I ordered 2, received one with a message that the second one will come later. Never received it and after speaking to a number of people, I was told they would check and ring me back. Still waiting for call.
