Razer Naga Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse Review

Gaming mice don’t get more extra than the $149 Razer Naga Pro. The new refresh of Razer’s modular MMO mouse brings the design up to code with the company’s top-of-the-line wireless mice, adding optical switches, wireless charging, and the company’s high-end 20,000 DPI sensor. Using swappable magnetic side panels, you get up to a whopping 19 buttons: It’s like shrinking the function key row and slapping it on your mouse side. While all those “pro” bells and whistles are great, the Naga Pro’s flat shape — a holdover from past models — makes it less comfortable for long sessions than its more conventional counterparts. Its strong feature set makes it a fun, extravagant choice for people who want to offload as many inputs to the mouse as possible, but it’s really just for those players.  “Please, Sir, May I Have Some More [Buttons]?” Looking at the Naga Pro, you wouldn’t think that too much about the mouse has changed. Measuring 1.69 by 2.81 by 4.75 (HWD) and weighing in at 4.02 ounce...

The “ultimate” version of Razer’s modular MMO mouse features significant, useful upgrades, but some gamers may not appreciate its relatively flat shape.

Modular side plates are easy to switch and customize; Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless; Strong sensor; Great battery life

Flat shape; Wireless charging only available with an optional dock; Very expensive

Fast, reliable and overall Great!

As an avid gamer I needed something that I can rely on but also feel comfortable with. The Naga pro hit all of my requirements! Nice and fast response time even in wireless and comfortable to hold while also feeling different to other mouses. Great product and would recommend for people with gaming experience (the side buttons are a whole new league I could imagine for some!)

Ergonomic and acommodating

I found this product to be very adaptable and pleasing to use whilst completing different tasks. The modularity of it allows me to vary the mouse as required. Overall - you get what you pay for.

The Mouse of the Century

After using the Razer Deathadder for almost a decade, my god am I blown away by the modular capabilities of this mouse. Growing up with FPS based games and then moving onto MMOs but still having the freedom and ability to switch back is mind blowing to me. I’m no hardcore gamer by any means but the ability to switch on the go instantaneously makes this mouse a very good choice for a lot of genres out in the market. Albeit it’s a bit heavy so it takes getting used to but look, you can’t have your cake and eat it. I’d get this mouse. Good stuff.

Good enough

Good mouse with great features I hope to see in other mice, but cheap plastic for price, further more not enough grip so kept slipping.
