Last time id Software released a title of their own, as opposed to outsourcing one of their licenses, the video game industry was pretty much a different world. Call of Duty was just a minor quiver in Activision's pants, Pro Evo was still better than FIFA and only one game had a cover system.

Rage is a game that I have greatly been looking forward to, given id Software's previous pedigree including Wolfenstein 3D, Doom & Quake .

I can't believe this game has got an average of 4 stars. I bought the limited edition thinking it might be a bit different to the current games. I was right about that. It was like taking a step back a decade.

Bullet physics, sound and visuals really stamped it's authority over comparatives with the awesome crossbow secondarys. On an adventure point of view opposed to an open world comparison, it more than satisfies. If you love ID games, this shouldn't be missed.

Great free munitions use; Divided modes to discs

Great Game..Graphics is 4.6/5 Your character is mute and running errands most of the game... story is disappointing..game end abruptly.. driving is fun.. just 1 massive boss..so unlike id that we know and love..you can try it though..just for the hell of it..oh, did i say its 3 disc?

This game is just addictive. I picked it up for nineteen pound and just thought i would give it a go. Played it for about 7 hours straight and could't put it down. The game has 3 disk's to it and hours of game play. Loads of missions and side missions to do to keep you going.
