...and your feet are all twisted in the sheets... You ever had one of those dreams? The kind where weird, seemingly random things keep happening to you? The whole thing has some sort of constant stream of [sub]consciousness to it, but not one that really matters.
To bad bonus disc with quake 2 is NOT included.. Rereleased version published by bathesda not id software or raven, picture on description is wrong! Doom 4 is coming sadly made by Disney not by id software...
In response to some comments; I've extended the review. I decided to start off this game in 'Corporal' difficulty level. It took a while to figure out how to fight and when to run but after a few goes everything fell ito place. You get some real adrenaline rushes during the game - great.
Frantic adrenaline ride
Frame rate drops when things get very busy - not all levels work OK
An EXCELLENT game
The Quake 4 Engine
None
Decent fps but I found it a little too dark at times to see.Could and should have been better but the game does last a good bit longer than some other FPS's out there.Well worth a look.
don't buy it at all times very sluggish and very bad movement.Don't waste your money on it.
Right, let's get the negatives out of the way now before we go any further: veterans of the original Xbox console are likely to regularly experience feelings of déjà vu whilst playing Quake 4. The reason? May we present two: Halo and Halo 2.
Offering one of the most realistic video-game experiences to date, Quake 4 takes players to the centre of the battle and like all of Id's FPS's, it has beautiful graphics and game-play to match. But what sets it apart from the myriad of other quality FPS's on 360?
Conclusion Even though Quake 4 is nearly six months old, it's still one of the launch titles for the Xbox 360. Six months in terms of a game is a long time. So unless you're a real big Quake nut, and don't have a PC that can run this game it's not really worth the $100 price tag, as you can pick it...
