Poor Reception

We did a conference call with 12 people sitting along a rectangle table and this in the middle, the people at the other end could not hear anyone on my side if they were more than 6' away from this phone.

This is a great conference unit. I've used Polycom and other makes of conference phones for many years, and this was perhaps the best value for money unit I've purchased so far. Sound quality is better than the older but much higher end units I have access to.

Good sound and works great!

Needed a new conference room phone as the previous would cause dead air - people missing what was said. This one works great for what we need.
