Very nice looking phone with a potentially great feature set

Does not come with a power cord or any way I could find on the Polycome website to order one; Requires a PoE switch which is not available in my office; That requirement should be explicitly stated

After 6 months of light use, this phone won't even start up when plugged in. Unfortunately, OneDealOutlet Canada refuses to replace it per warranty guidelines. Lesson learned, review the warranty guidelines carefully as electronics, like a phone, should definitely have warranties of at least a year.
