Typical german engineering
Firmware update available - apply before setting everything up. One menu item not in manual - "Copy All" contacts from one handset to another. Had a Gigaset 3015 system for nearly 10 years, with a lot of use and abuse - this appears to a worthy replacement.

Not compatible w cordless phones
Wish the product description had said this... would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

AWESOME
I love these Headphones they work great. I would recommend them to any one. I would buy them again if i had the chance. Very good quality and the mic works great and they are very comfortable.

HW261N SupraPlus Headset
I purchased this headset for working from home. I like that it covers both ears, which helps me hear much better in my noisy household. The noise-cancelling mic also allows me to be heard more clearly and for the background noise to be significantly decreased.

very comfortable and easy to use
The quality of this headset outstanding. The audio is very clear in the ears, as well as for those whom we are speaking to. It picks up very little surrounding noise, so it keeps the calls intimate and focused. It almost feels as though I am not wearing a headset at times.
