I can't go a single workout with this now! It's so easy so set-up and make changes too and it works beautifully! The band slips down a bit sometime when I get too sweaty but it usually just because I haven't tighten it back up after rinsing it out.

AS decribed this was a battery replacement for an FT4 watch, including the back plate. No instructions came with the item, but instructions are readily available on the internet and it was very easy to replace.
The watch band is poor quality. It's plastic and way too small. I'm not a big person and I use 3rd last hole. Tail of band just a stub sticking out. No ability to see data on PC unless purchase additional gear from Polar, expected more for the price. Monitor itself is excellent, very accurate.
I wanted a heart rate monitor in the form of a watch so I could use it not only for cycling but for running. This one fit the bill. The alarm is barely audible. After the first 5 months or so I started to get zero heart rate readings and the error message "Check heart rate monitor strap.
