I have limited hearing on my left ear and this new Plantronics headset has a very low volume compare to my WO2 version. I double checked all the setting in the OS and still no luck.

Taking calls in an office with background noise - especially loud server and HVAC fans. We had complaints from customers about loud background noise even though we had noise canceling microphone in a wired headset.

Upfront: nothing was given to me for this review. I used this headset for about a year. I built a new data center and was constantly in a high noise environment. I attended remote meetings in a high noise/high heat environment as well as listened to music via Bluetooth for 6 hours a day.

You can find the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC for $199 at most retailers. Even at that price, it costs more than a standard mono Bluetooth headset. But it replaces a lot of devices.

I did so much research and tried a lot of units and this is the one to buy!

I rolled these out in our call centre environment so that we could have more people working the phones in a smaller space. These headsets made it possible to achieve this because of the comfortable fit and excellent noise cancelling.
