I've used this headset for over a year now and have been very happy with everything from microphone quality, battery life, sound quality, noise cancellation, connectivity and comfort. I am in a noisy call center and use this headset for 10+ hours of continuous use per day.

noice cancelling for the user and for the person you are talking to....I don't know what other product does this.

Call are clear with little to no delay and the buttons and functions are very intuitive. They are comfortable and stylish with good range to allow people like me the ability to move about freely and not be tied down.

I've been testing the Plantronics 8200 side by side with the Bose QC35ii. It would seem I have a bit of a dilemma, the Bose are fantastic with noise suppression both passive and active. The sound from the Bose to my ear (playing some laid back Isley Brother ‘Summer Breeze') is good if a little flat.

Comfortable headset with good sound for both those who use it and the people they are talking to. Has a headset with better sound, but was tired of constant complaints that I was less readable in conversations and meetings.
