I bought this because I work from home and wanted a microphone that didn't pick up loud household noises (dogs, children, trucks, etc). Unfortunately the microphone failed to eliminate these sounds from the other parties I was talking to during a day of testing, so I returned it for a refund.

The design of this headset is good and doesn't give me a headache which I have experienced before. This headset is good if you work in a noisy office or you share a workspace with someone else. The only downside is the price... but it is Plantronics and they do have good quality headsets.

Everything I received is working very well… I also would like to mention that you process the orders quickly and I received the headsets a lot quicker than expected.

Would not reccomend these at this price I picked them up for 5 bucks at a yard sale, they are no better than any other headset I have ever used in fact they are alot weaker than some 15 dollar sets on the market, don't waste your money

This headset was exactly what I had been looking for, but had to return it because it was not compatible with the rest of my equipment. I'm still trying to find a similar one that will work. I would like to thank Customer Service for all their help, quick responses and excellent service.
