I have always been pleased with Headsets Direct and their knowledge and assistance. This device is an essential. One headset for telephone, cell phone, computer, email, and dictation to Dragon. I am an attorney, and communication is essential. I could not do without it.
This headset is a great bit of kit for the call centre environment.Due the dual ears it allows me to focus on my work and not the local office gossip. Highly reccomended

It would be great if this included an off hook device; but these are phone specific so I understand why it does not
