Plantronics SAVI Office Headset Microsoft

Plantronics has been in the headset game for a long time, and not just with Bluetooth headsets. The company has quite a burgeoning business with office and enterprise products too. These include its Plantronics Calisto Pro series from a couple years ago, and the more recent Savi Office system, which...

Best Headset Ever!

I use mine with Magicjack & MS-Lync at home. They gave me one at the office and I absolutely loved it. The range is excellent. I can walk around to make tea/coffee, answer the door, whatever without having to drop.

Strong; Sturdy; Versatile

Too expensive

Decent Headset

I bought this a few weeks ago. I'd bought one on Amazon that arrived in a sealed Plantronics box and said it came with a warranty, but when the headset malfunctioned, Plantronics refused to honor the warranty but was happy to sell me another oneat half price.

Think twice

Bought one of these for a travel headset for VOIP. Love the concept, but there is something fundamentally wrong with the design. The headset simply will not hold a charge! Contacted Plantronics and to their credit, they sent me a new one - no questions asked. It was defective too!

Will never use anything else ever again.

I honestly couldn't be happier with mine. I got it for 140 from a certain go-to internet superstore and wish I had bought a couple extra. I wont be using anything else again.

Comfortable and lightweight; I forget I have it; Sound quality is good for what its coming from; Installation is easy; I've had several wireless headsets including every offering from logitech, several bluetooth options, and many more.

The volume buttons are stiff; The headset is always on; There is no way to turn it off; So you're using it or its on the charger; I've found myself forgetting to keep the charger plugged in a few times; Recharge time is between 2-3 hours for 6-7 hours use

Sounded great for 8 months then dongle broke

At first, I was very pleased with both the sound quality and reasonable battery life. Then the 90-degree joint on the dongle broke and the unit was useless. The replacement dongle costs almost as much as a completely new unit.

Cuts out

This is fine when it works well, but for me it cuts out on the person I am speaking to. They lose parts of sentences and is very annoying for them. I have tried plugging it into computer, display, etc. no change. Otherwise fine product.

Good headset

I've occasionally done business with headsets direct over the last few years and they always come through. Though they were out of stock of this particular item at the time of the order, someone called me right away to let me know. The user is happy with the headset, so that makes me happy!
