Excellent headset - Great sound quality.
I have used this model of headset for over 8 years - excellent sound quality and boom microphone works great. I use this on cordless phones for conference calls, much better for me than a speaker phone option.

Volume control lets you hear soft talkers! And turn down loud talkers!
I've tried a lot of headphone sets. Plantronics are my favorite. It is a very good quality product. This was a exact replacement purchase for a headphone set witch I ruined by entangling the cord in a swinging door. The M175C seems to be the best corded unit available.

M175C Mobile Phone Headset
I bought this headset to help me be more productive when working remotely and using my smartphone for long calls. This headset makes me feel like I'm right at my desk working hands free as I normally do, so I can write or type notes easily.

Plantronics M175C Convertible Corded Headset
It's really comfortable with the leather earpiece on. I bought it specifically to use with my home phone cordless DECTX and glad it had the 2.5mm plug already on it rather than having to make a separate purchase which you will need to do with most other headsets.

Great. Good sound quality.
I am using this on a 12 line desk phone with a Bluetooth handset. I plugged it directly into the handset. It allows me the freedom to leave my desk yet to do all the functions of sitting at the phone. The sound quality is excellent. It is lightweight and comfortable. It does not flatten my hair.

Plantronics M175C Headset - Good Buy
Seller delivered on time at the agreed to price. Product was packaged well to prevent shipping damage. Would buy from seller again.
Pros:
- Used with a cordless phone
- Perfect clarity, loud volume, microphone matching in the plug
- Inline volume and mute very easy to use.
Cons:
- Using for home office with average of 6 hours a day
- this model tends to wear out in about 8 to 9 months

Great Headset - don't buy cheaper, inferior headsets! (They won't last)
We purchased this same headset about three years ago as a replacement for a cheaper one that had only lasted several months. The previous one (of this same model) only broke because it was sat on one time too many. Great sound, volume control, mike control, and mute controls on the wire.

The headset is comfortable to wear but the sound quality is not great
The headset is comfortable to wear but the sound quality is not great. It may be good enough for personal use but it's definitely not good enough for work. I bought it because I started working from home and I received regular complaints about the quality of the sound.

This head set was a big disappointment. It does not fit into my ear properly. The person you are talking to you can hear just fine but I can hardly hear them. The volume increased on the phone does not make any difference. Either way I use it, I can't hear. It falls off your ear also.

Not as decribed M175C the M if for moble phone it did not fot it, the C if for Cell phone it did not fot it, I beleave this is not a true pantonics product.
