Not able to plug into land line.

No Instructions provided to set up correctly. it was very frustrating and I only was able to get it working by accident and lots of Googling. However now it works it is a fantastic setup.

This is a very nice headset but don't be fooled, myself and my coworkers all agree that it is uncomfortable.

Hands down the best headset I've ever used. I use it with a Snom 760 phone and it's perfect.

Looks good/design

Great product but need an adapter to use on our Polycom VVX 311 phones. We had them for our last phone system they worked great sound very good in both ears.
