The main description says it is compatible with phones and computers, but if you read the detailed description it adds "with Plantronics audio processors". Had to order an additional $57 connector in order to use it. That changes the cost CONSIDERABLY...

I bought this product for one of my co-workers and she couldn't believe how effortlessly it hooked up to the phone. Other callers can hear her clearly and the noise canceling ability is top notch!

The headset works great! Exactly what I was looking for. If you simply need a basic headset, and don't want to pay a ton for extra features, this is the headset for you. Sometimes a little quiet, but that seems mostly to do with the other end.

I'm using this for call center work at home so I have to wear it for 8 hours a day. Every time I've used it I have a headache by mid-day. There is no adjustment across the top for head size and I have a smaller head - but it's too tight.

I ordered this headset to use with my computer. The item shipped says it is Encorepro 510 on the box but does not include the USB connector that the product description claims should come with it.
