The HW720 works great with ShoreTEL and is a good looking headset. Worth paying a few more dollars if you are also looking at the HW520. No complaints.

Excellent product
The headset looks great but does not come with anything to actually make it wok so you also need to purchase Poly 201851-01 DA70 USB Audio Processor USB Audio Processor --by Plantronics. It would be nice to have known this as now we need to purchase it and pay another delivery fee
