Plantronics/Poly HW121N Corded Headset
Got this headset for my children who do distance education and have lots of phone lessons. One of my children is hearing impared and in the past has used a special system that attaches to his hearing aids but after it broke we were unable to replace it.

Hands free telephony is now possible
The set was a replacement for a previous Plantronics headset where the foam covers on the earpieces had rotted in time (something I hope does not repeat on the new set). I bought this headset to be able to work hands free on my PC - something I needed from time to time when talking to a help desk...

It's a Plantronic
Quality - Contact Centers doens't expect nothing but the best, and Plantronics is the best. Durable, high sound quality.

Basic but good
Get rid of handset feature and put in a loudspeaker instead.

Disappointed
I was looking for a noise canceling headphone but I was disappointed by this headphone. Noise canceling does not work at all.
