We use these at work. I'm a network engineer that is sometimes on calls for 2 and 3 hours troubleshooting problems. I tried to use these for a month before going out to buy a USB adapter for my old Razer Carcharias headset (our laptops do not have the typical audio jacks).

Sound quality is good and the microphone is very clear; Requires almost zero configuration for Microsoft Lync

Padding around the top of the headset is very uncomfortable; When I wear them for more than 30 minutes it makes the top of my head very sore; Also since the top is not wider they tend to slip off my head

I DID NOT MAKE THIS PURCHASE! Please investigate this!!!!! I am not sure why I am getting this to review. This NEEDS to be investigated by EBAY!

I needed these to do at home working and it is the right product for price

Our call center has had a tough time with over lapping chatter from background noise. Tried two types of headset and found that the Plantronics cuts all most ever superfluous background noise down to zero. I am really happy with the results.

I do not dislike them but here are better options out there. I use them at work, the audio is ok but what I don't love is the shape of the upper part, too wide. Sound is OK, and microphone as well.

I really like he simple design and it has a great microphone. However, the sound quality always sounds like I'm in a or something. All the audio sound distorted and far away which is very bad for music, videos, gaming, etc.

I have two of these, a 520 and a 700 series. I like the quality of the sound, it's great for music, webinars and calls. However, the headband seems to have been designed for Frankenstein. When stretched on, the top becomes flat and puts pressure on the top of my head.
