I use this headset on a daily basis for jogging for an hour a day and this every single day. I like the fact it s proofed for sweat and humidity, and it is an open headset that keeps you aware of you surroundings what really important is for safety while jogging! For that I am satisfied.

I need open earbuds for three reasons: I ride a bicycle and need to be able to hear traffic, I play my acoustic guitar along with recorded music and need to be able to hear the guitar, and I have people in our house who need to be able to get my attention while I'm listening to something.

I've taken these earphones out for 4 runs and am loving them. Normal earphones constantly slip out of my ears but these stay put for the whole run. Sound quality is great and it is really easy to adjust volume, pause and skip tracks with a couple of taps to the ear.
