The headset gives me great sound, especially in a game, you can actually hear really well, better then most other gaming headsets. Although the mic needs a little improvement, everything else on the headset is excellant, although the price can be a little lower.

Plantronics specializes in headsets - so I chose them when I saw this deal. My headset at work is absolutely flawless, and expected the same quality. As far as quality of sound and the mic - they deliver. There are only two annoyances I have with this headset. #1 - The size of the phones.

I love that the microphone is on a sturdy arm and the head and ears are nicely padded. The mute and volume on the cord work well.

I make about 40-50 calls a day with this headset. The mic is great. It comes with a converter to hook up to your cell phone and you can buy another converter to connect it to your PC via USB. The one thing missing is an inline control.

The sound produced by the headphones are not top notch but you get what you paid for. The ear piece is terrible, it irritates the ear with pain. The wires on mine snapped, now only one side works.

one of these sets of ear phones work find the other must have came with a broken wire and only one side works both sets have two plugs and I was looking for only a one plug system so with all things combine I would not purchase this item again and I would not recoment this to a friend
