didnt receive any signal after charging the charging the batteries for the required time; I was going to upgrade as I do have this models predecessor which still works fine after 5 years and takes normal AAA...I dont know why they have to change things

I bought it for my dad, lately he is having issues with his hearing. From the day one he is enjoying it immensely and now he uses it daily and the best part is he is happy because he can wear it and walk all over his flat. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Sound quality is good; comfort is good; design is good

There is an issue with the rechargeable batteries; you cant just put any rechargeable batteries in the item; it has to be ONLY phillips rechargeable batteries

Very simple to install and operate. Comfortable to wear and easily adjusted. Good value for money.
