It’s an amazing machine to have in the kitchen. I previously have the smaller model and this one heats up even quicker. It’s larger size is wonderful especially for steaming and cake tins. The extra functions such as sauce thickening and hotpot have been good. It also preheats quite quickly and comes to pressure quickly. I really have enjoyed using it in the kitchen.

Less cooking time when you are busy. eg.playing golf and lawn bowls.

I love this machine, it's so user friendly and easy to operate. I’ve had the previous 6 litre models and love them too, but this one is so much bigger & more powerful. I love meal prepping and cooking large batches of food to freeze for convenience and this pot does it all. Set and forget technology at it’s best. Philips have really taken the guesswork out of this model and made it so easy to use with all these preset buttons. I no longer have to stick around the kitchen waiting for dinner to cook as I simply select the function, hit start then walk away - sometimes not returning for hours and hours and I know that it will be keeping my dish at a safe temperature for when I return…it’s fantastic! It's even large enough to cook a lamb shoulder with the bone in or a bunch of turkey legs. The yoghurt function maintains the perfect temperature to ferment my super probiotic yoghurt, it’s hot enough to bake a cake in it, the sauce function reduces and thickens my gravies after pressure c

This product while excellent features does not have a manual pressure cook mode which lets it down for the price. However its quicker to heat up than my other brand and cooks more capacity.
