Doesn't Hold

THis is OLD stuff. It has gone bad. Returning. Soooooooooo disappointed. People: perfumes etc should be kept cool and dark. I keep mine in the fridge. All of them. And they stay forever good. Perfumes with animal essences will go bad quicker than those with just floral essences.

This latest reformulated version of Cabochard is wonderful ! The tabacco and leather notes are strong. Projection is moderate for the first half hour, tehn settles to a close-to-skin scent. Cabochard lasts on my skin for about 8 hours, and it's a soft, rich fragrance.

I have worn Cabochard by Gres for over 40 years and have never tired of it. I get a lot of complements about it when people are close up and do not get any complaints about it from people who are sensitive to perfumes.

Cabochard is so many things - green, leathery, woody, floral, indolic... It begins with a definitive juicy-green character, like frsehly squeezed wheatgrass; yet there is something ashy and dry underneath. The health-concious wheatgrass juicer is also a chain smoker.

THIS IS MY FAV PERFUME, LOVELY SCENT NOT TOO OVERPOWERING.... FLORAL WITH WOODED SCENTS.... THE EDP IS FAR BETTER THAN THE EDT AND WORTH THE FEW POUNDS MORE FOR SAME SIZE.... AB...

This is a great fragrance that can be used in the daytime and evening.

The fragrance lasts a long time, which means you don't have to keep re-spraying.

Great Smell

I have used Cabochard perfume since the late 1960's & have found nothing that compares with it, I absolutely love it. It lasts a long time & on me has a lovely musky scent whereas, most other perfumes seem to go acrid on me. I thoroughly recommend this perfume.
