Fantastic product
This rice cooker is so easy to use. It makes the fluffiest rice, the steamer is a bonus great for vegetables, dim sums

Five Stars
Works great. Perfect rice every time. However the dark coating on the cooking pan makes it very hard to read the amount of water on the scale in the cooker. I have to get our my flashlight to be able to read it.

Works nice - Takes time
Works fine. Cooks nicely. Rice is soft and non sticky. The negative side is that it takes 35 mins to cook even half a cup of rice. My Hawkins stainless steel pressure on a induction cook top does the job in 7-8 minutes.
