Older technology = bargain!

Well made, compact and excellent image quality thanks to the f2.8 Leica lens. Bargain price now as it has been replaced by the FZ330 with Wi-Fi and a 4k video, but the new model is bigger and heavier and much more expensive.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 Mirrorless Camera Review

There are few things that can get a man's heart pumping like a new camera and a legendary car race to test it out at. Or at least that's how I felt when I got a chance to take the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 for a spin at the Indianapolis 500 in May.

Great budget camera

This is not meant to replace the GH4, but it could. Small, easy to carry for long periods of time. Buy this camera.

Great bang for your buck!

This is my first mirrorless camera, I am going overseas soon and always said I would get one for travel. I did a lot of searching for one in my budget and I must say now I have had some time with camera, I have found it quite easy to use for my first decent camera.

Easy to use; Compact; Screen size

4K for during 4000, there are almost poetic. Extremely affordable camera for those who are interested in both still and movie and want to take the next step in video quality. Terrible Quick AF for still images.

iAuto and Program shooting modes are accurate and easy in all situations; Dedicated Video Capture Button is always ready to record; Outstanding image quality for both still images and video; Excellent performance; Mega O.I.S.

Lacks internal image stabilization that has been noticeably more effective that being built into the lenses; Higher ISO settings are way to noisy to be used; No NFC for quick connections to smartphones

Panasonic G7

With the Panasonic G7, the company offers up a whole lot of camera at a really great price. Ostensibly a camera aimed at the family documentarian, the Lumix G7 is also a whole lot more than just a family camera, with great features like super-swift autofocus, a really great viewfinder and...

Compact and lightweight for a fully-featured interchangeable-lens camera; Really fast autofocus; Good all-around performance too; Generous buffer depth; Versatile tilt/swivel LCD and high-res viewfinder; Touch-screen controls; Very affordable pricetag

Out of the box, colors are muted by consumer standards; Warm white balance under incandescent light; Handgrip is a little shallow for those with larger hands; Wi-Fi is overly complex and has limited range
