Great camera with a few shortcomings...

I am a long term Lumix user, having had various G series cameras, and now the GH5. I love everything about it apart from that it does not perform well at all in low light. There are various minor functions I would love to see too. They are : - Less 'clicky' loud buttons.

Easy To Use; Nice Features and Settings; Rugged

Inaccurate Colours; Not Good In Low Light; Screen Too Small

Amazing camera

This camera is amazing. It is the successor to the GH4 and it is brilliant. I am using this camera for a number of projects including just for family time and also for filming online courses. I have tested the autofocus with a green screen and the face tracking works fine.

Great price, super fast shipping, great product

Great product, excellent shipping. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon just before 1pm, it was on my door at 9am on Friday. Anyone looking at this product already knows what the GH5 is. It's a great camera,. The Leica 12-60 is a great lens. Although I prefer fixed apature lenses,.

Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Camera Kit With Lens 12-60mm f/2.8-4 - Brand New review

Is Panasonic’s new flagship the new 4K video master?

Smooth, stable 60fps 4K video, Tons of controls, Huge OLED viewfinder, Weatherproof build

Not the greatest low light performer

Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Camera Kit With Lens 12-60mm f/2.8-4 - Brand New review

While the Panasonic GH5 is a very good capable stills camera, its real strength lies in its video capabilities. It offers videographers the kind of specification and video quality that is normally only made possible by a much larger, more expensive cinematic camera.

Extensive video specification, High-quality stills and video, High-quality EVF and vari-angle touch-screen

AF system not up to shooting sport, V-Log modes are an extra expense, Badly positioned Display button

Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 Camera Kit With Lens 12-60mm f/2.8-4 - Brand New review

While it's a shame that picture and sound quality haven't been upgraded, the iPhone 13 was great in these regards and the iPhone 14 is, too Excellent display Admirable headphone performance Solid build quality No upgrades to picture or sound Familiar design Notch is still present

Panasonic Lumix GH5 Mirrorless Camera Review

The Lumix GH5 is the new flagship camera of Panasonic's Micro Four Thirds lineup and the much-anticipated follow-up to the GH4 from 2014. The Panasonic GH5 features a new 20MP sensor that doesn't use a low-pass filter; it also has a new image processor, dubbed "Venus Engine."

Panasonic Lumix GH5 review

The Lumix GH5 is Panasonic's most powerful mirrorless camera to date and a worthy successor to the GH4, whether you're shooting stills or movies. It's fast, flexible and feature-packed, easily taking-on rivals in this category and out-performing virtually anything at its price for video.

Panasonic's Lumix GH5 is a very thorough and exciting upgrade from the wildly popular GH4 micro 4/3rds camera. A prosumer-grade video rig in disguise as a stills shooter, it takes some of the most stunning and detailed video footage we've ever worked with, and packs in a dizzying array of features.

Our review of the Panasonic Lumix GH5 is one of the longest we've ever had to work on. The camera packs so many features for stills and video that it required more in depth testing than usual and more importantly, lots of real-world experience to really understand its full potential.
