Fine. Clear menus, easy to set up and use (one caveat, see below) and sound on the phone and answering machine is also fine. None of the phones I tried were excellent in that respect, but this was a decent compromise, with enough clarity and volume for most people I think. Caveat

I had purchased another phone but found the sound was not high enough. This model is perfect, very good volume control, nice looking sets (got twin pack), I like the ring tone choice, I don't hear too well so this phone is perfect. It looks stylish in my hallway and bedroom; All round good buy

This is my second set of Panasonic house phones, my last set have been dropped by the children more times than i care to remember but are still working fine, I have worked in electrical retail for over 20yrs and never seen a set of Panasonic phones returned, this new set i have just purchased look...

bought this phone to replace our old one which didn't have called ID - really easy to set up and works really well and as a huge bonus we have managed to pretty much stop nuisance calls within a few days!

Very good service on the speed of delivery of these hand sets. Bought this set to replace old Phillips phones. Pleased with all the options, especially option allowing to block nuisance callers. Simple to set up and easy to use.
